Norplex-Micarta Appoints Operations Manager

Norplex-Micarta is pleased to announce Mr. Richard Chen has been appointed the Operations Manager for Changzhou Micarta Composite Material Company, Ltd. In this role, Mr. Chen will lead all manufacturing and production functions.

Prior to his appointment, Mr. Chen served as Project Manager at the Norplex-Micarta plant in Postville, Iowa. Mr. Chen holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Physics from Grinnell College, a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Brigham Young University, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
