NP320EB

It offers better machining characteristics than canvas phenolic grades, because it is produced from a fine-weave (linen) cotton fabric, combined with an electrical grade of phenolic resin. In b-stage form, the fiber reinforced composite materials are only partially cured to allow for final curing in the customer's application. Besides easy and clean machining, NP320EB operates with less noise than metal and is less abrasive than fiberglass alternatives in wear applications. It is suitable for explosion-proof environments. Designed for smaller and more intricate shapes than those made with canvas grades and better electrical properties than NP320B, this product is commonly used to make gears, pulleys, rollers, and guides, as well as electrically insulative parts .
