Norplex-Micarta Invests in State-of-the-Art Dielectric Test Equipment

Norplex-Micarta has recently invested in new state-of-the-art dielectric test equipment for its in-house material testing laboratory. As part of its 1.5 million dollar capital growth expenditure over recent months, the company has installed the test system to measure dielectric properties in composites used for electrical insulation applications, and determine the voltage intensity a material can be exposed to before it begins to break down.
